I didn't know your singing voice (5*) is much deeper than your speaking baritone. LOL!..
Impressive backdrop grabbing more attention than the not-so-abstract joker. Is the unsynchronized brows intentional?
I appreciate how you tediously flowed the lines of the backdrop as if it sways in the air!
You committed 1 error in sketching the card linear pattern--instead of heart you've drawn a diamond!
Its at the back of the head! LoL!
Thanks for sharing.
Good luck!

Honestly I don't know the song, let alone the singer!:) That's why I was surprised when this work propped up as an abstract entry! This is as realistic and expressive as any of your wonderful works! I amazed at your consistency!Good luck in the contest!

Hi MK. This is another classic of the imagination from you. Is this a self-portrait perhaps? :) Thanks for sharing this! R

Would make a good advert for casino I guess. An unusual composition and an appealing one. Nice to hear from you again

Cool band and classic song, loved that song for years :-) EXCELLENT piece yet again MK, love the cards colors and symbols and the way you have got them drawn as if a flag or banner or something in the background and of course the Joker looks brilliant. Nice work :-)

I loved Steve Miller band growing up. This is a muse. The most interesting part of looking at this image is the black, red, and white contour of the background, that makes it have the feel of movement. I always thought the jokers were strange looking characters. :)PD

This looks like it is very tricky to draw with the detailed background. Love the choice of black and red as the joker with the green hat. Very good work.

Another wonderful sharpie my friend. Great color and detail. Again, this piece looks very time consuming.
