This is truly funny. The combo of the color and the black and white "people" is great contrast. I think the colorful tulips are placed to hide the fact they are skinny dipping. Great color contrast gives a lot of interest and depth in this shot. FUN!

Tulips are really beautiful. Statues in the pond captured nicely with tulips in the foreground. Colour and lighting are great.

I would say that this is a rather original and very nice entry for this special contest. This is so different from all the other entries, and it is also quite funny. The person behind this display must have had a good sense of humor, and also be quite creative.
Your photo is nice and sharp showing clear and well defined details both in the flowers and the bathing people, and the water is very well captured. The light could however have been better. Some parts of the white bodies are a bit over exposed, and I think the tulips look a bit dark. This could of course be because the tulips actually were quite dark red.
Your POV was good, but I think this composition would have been even better with a bit more negative space at the top. I do however suspect you cropped this tight to avoid showing more of the white thing at the top. This is a very special photo though, and all together quite well taken, and I wish you luck with the contest.

A great picture of both the Tulips & the comical plaster figures of swimmers behind them. Artistic composition beautiful lighting coming from behind & making the tulip's petals & leaves appear translucent, superb camera techniques with sharp focus.
