Eileen, this is a great photograph with a terrific perspective in your shot. The color is outrageously beautiful and the lighting to die for. Your focus is outstanding with nice DOF.

Simply beautiful! The yellow is vibrant. The bee with the touch of blue makes this a very nice photo. Great job.

Beautiful presentation of the sunflower. With a little imagination, one could see the rest of the scene in all of its glory. The bursts of yellow against the backdrop just pops the photo with wonderful dimension. The little fellow collecting the nectar is ignoring you and hoping you will go away. Beautiful photo!

Perfectly focused. Great impact.
Brilliant color. I like the angle of the photo allowing the viewer to see the bee in action and also see the intricate center of the flower. Well done.

I wished I were a bee so I'll be the focal attention instead of just being the reviewer who's wanting a sig in his entries but can't because they're blind contests.
I love the way you cropped this foto-- so aesthetically done.
I like the blue reflection on the bee's head & thorax.
I love the crispness of the yellow petals.
Is the focusing really a bit soft in the original foto before submission
WELL, THANKS FOR SHARING.

A nice reminder that we humans are not the only ones that enjoy working in the shade! The lines of light reflecting from the bee add a nice touch. I do wonder what introduced the green tint on the left side, because it is almost like the color from the flowers has somehow affected the background. Overall a nice picture with a great job on capturing the natural lighting.

I looked at the original and it is not there.. perhaps something in my upload? Don't know but I do appreciate your review. Thanks!

I'm thinking now that my eyes were just playing tricks on me last night; I don't see the tint today. #blurry-eyed

no tricks, I went in and saw the tint and fixed it. Thanks!

Thanks for clarifying that -- I'm at the age that I really am wondering about my eyesight! :-)

Beautiful! The lighting is what caught my eye. Drawing me to the busy bee. Very creative presentation.
