Nicely framed composition. I always like to see a space in front of an animal. I like the contrast between the grey blue slate and the light colouring of the Lynx. The lighting, focus, colour and attention to detail is there just as it should be. Thanks for sharing

Great pose. The facial look is one of concentration. The fur colors help show the camouflage ability of this animal. The green background helps the cat pop off the paper. Very nice shot.

As you say, very attractive cats. Read your notes and assume this was taken at a zoo or similar. The cat is a gorgeous colour with brownish spots all over but it is the ears in paricular I find of interest. Quite large and with tufts at the top. Very good image which I have found interesting as well as a pleasure to view.

Thank you very much for the lovely review. The photo is not taken in a zoo. The animals in this place have big areas to move around in, and sometimes you cannot see them at all. They always show up when it is feeding time though, and then you have the chance to get a shot of them.

This is a lovely image. I really like the composition. This lovely animal is perfectly posed within the frame. I did wonder whether a touch more contrast on the cat would make a really good photograph even better. As ever, lovely work.

Thank you very much for the lovely review. I did not add more contrast, because this would have made the photo even brighter, but I went over the animal with a burning tool, and also this increased the contrast a bit.

Taking a picture of animals can be very challenging and it requires lots of tolerance, good understanding of their behavior and one's own will power and perseverance! You seem to be having a generous dose of it. Lovely shot! Thanks for sharing!
