Your stippling is fantastic! This type of work reflects the style of Georges Seurat's oil painting, "A Sunday Afternoon on the Island of La Grande Jatte" held at the Art Institute of Chicago. Your use of color and detail to shadow and light amaze me. You will have no trouble selling this beautiful work of art.

    Thira,
yes, stippling and pointillism, the color version of stippling is one of my favorite techniques. The colors in doing pointillism is a little more work, regardless of media, and adds a extra degree of difficulty that is fun to master.
I am pleased to read you liked my pointillism drawing, and thank you for your support of my artwork and me, all your time and efforts are appreciated in doing that.
    Have great day,
    Be safe, and as always,
    Cheers.

would like to give more but none available- I often use a limited pallete to control my love of colours which I seem to perceive everywhere..but love this - cool blues and browns patterned with whites. wonderful

This is a great piece of pointillism. Excellent color, shading and realism. It stands out well and is defiantly a wonderful winter visual. The pointillism brings out the movement of the snow in a great way.

Absolutely fabulous! The composition and focal area are wonderful. The colors are very soothing and bring to mind the crisp stillness of a quiet winter morning in the wilderness. Seriously, nothing needs to be altered at all. And, kudos for the poitillism! Love this.

The limited color you describe has done just as you suggested. The image definitely has a cold feel. The image is framed perfectly and it looks like there are snow covered branches in the background that are well done!

There are several things I like very much about this. You did get the feel of falling snow to have a feel of North Dakota or Montana cold, the air often has a bluish tinge. I also like the way they are "huddled" that is a very natural pose for them, and especially in extreme cold. I am always amazed how you can create mood, movement and feel with..dots..makes me stand in awe. Donkeyoatey

Okay, now this is admirable. Very difficult and time consuming to do. I really like your colour choices and feel like you captured a Winter essence entirely. Good initial impact and leaves a bit to the imagination by not having all the detail completely laid out for us. Nice work.
