Oh this is so striking and you've showcased it beautifully against that muted background. You did an amazing job of editing this and I'm sure Angelheart will love it - it's a super tribute to a lovely lady.

Thank You!!! Sorry for my late reply.
This is not a photo shot. It is a Mixed Media creation. I used cuts from two photos of a cellphone cover which were new arranged. For the background I used another photo which I softened with Gaussian blur. The decor and the shape of the locket are created with mixed media tools. The metal plate and the chain are painted with the stamp tube.

A real master piece . Amazing three dimensional effect - super DOF - this crystalline effected of light are fantastic - super process and really need a master mind to bring this result into manifestation - your background is more than perfect - the green cross in the center is spectacular - amazing detail work, super color harmony - earth colors - this would be a real jewel with healing powers to have it hang around the neck - handsome job

Wow! Such a high rating. I was not sure how this would go over I am so happy. It does really well.
I actually would hang it around my neck also. I wished It would be real, I would send it to you. But it is just a mixed medias make up to one of my fairy tale, but this locket has magical power. There are more jewellery pieces in the box and a magical mirror. It is part of Dragon Island, I posted the first chapter a while ago [Hidden in the Attic] and The Jewel Box a shortly after. I will post more from time to time.

Thank you! I am very happy you like this. I find no words big enough to tell you what it means to me.
It is not easy, you need a lot of patience to do mixed media work like this. Especially if you mix programs like I do.
If you want I could send you some pictures, a kind of demo of the line of work with e-mail.

Thank you, I am amazed by your rating. This comes totally unexpected as a great surprise!
It is a story in a story. [Unconnected stories integrated like in the Jungle Book. Just long enough for bedtime stories]. A treasure chest was found on an Island which is protected by a Dragon and a Magical Tree....
Yes, I know, Angelheart is famous for her heart art. She is not doing ton well at the moment. Seems as if the doctors cannot manage her pains. I thought this would lift her spirits up.
A gremlin is sitting on your shift key! Most you have written is in capitals.
Feet him some cherries in chocolate, that is their favored foot this season.
Sorry you did not get anything on it. I am going to promote this, just have to write a few more reviews to do that. The contest deadline crept up to fast on me.
    Thank you again
    Have a good holiday weekend

Blasted gremlins..you are right, they MUST be hungry! LOL! I like the concept of this very much! I do not review for money! I know Angel is having a tough time, that is why this means so much (well ONE of the reasons!). Donkeyoatey

Beautiful work! Colors are well blended in the background to match the main center of interest. Quite a story, and a beautiful piece of interest.

Thiis is delicate which seems to fit well to describe the artworks of angel heart. The design is intricate especially crystal texture which sparks gently with great lighting. Thank you for sharing.

The green contrast very well with the rest of the heart. Great idea to use the peacock tail to produce the lovely heart. good use of the mixed media. I find the overall effect could be a bit more clear.

Thank you very much for your kind review. In apologize for my late reply. This is not a photo shot; but a mixed media creation. I did not try for clarity, but for a magical effect. This locket is a illustration to a fairy tale. :-)

Delicate and beautiful are words that come to mind on 1st impact i,m thinking Faberge,,or ,,,owned by a royal from the 18th century,,my boyhood abstract mind hopes robin hood stole it and gave it to maid Marion along with a soft kiss and warm embrace,,,or it could indeed be pirate treasure,,,the tech/prod. methods used in creation are superior in every facet,,,tiny details dance before our eyes as we are able to drink in it,s splendor....thanks
