A perfect entry for the contest.

Perfect focus and overall camera settings to obtain sharp tack definition and clarity. I can even feel the texture of the leaf. Both antenna's are fully in focus - again, great knowledge and skill shown here.

I really like the frame. Nice use of light in the leaf. Very neat shot. I like it a lot - I'm confident it will fare well in the contest. - Kathy

Incredibly amazing macro shot of this grasshopper, picking up tremendous detail and color in the entire image. Gorgeous lighting is a bonus in this shot emphasizing the color and texture of his skin.

He is beautiful. I hope you are entering him in the green pictures. Love all the little hairs on the plant and detail on the grasshopper is just superior. Great lighting,depth of field, technical ability. The cropping of this is pefect.
