This has a wonderfully light and airy feel to it. This is a " Jack Frost " I am not all too familiar with. I experience a more harsh version of him. This is a very imaginative, lovely aspect of him that I need to nourish to better cope with his reality.
The basic black and white strokes really emphasise the lightness of the image. Wonderfully done. The face is beautiful and has a tranquil expression. Good composition having the person to the far left giving " Jack Frost " more room to weave his magic. A most enjoyable image.Good Luck in the contest !

I have trouble with the harsh reality of Jack Frost myself. I tell myself that even the winter has beauty, we just need to find it.

I don't have any clue about digital art, but I can tell you that I think this is an amazingly composed piece of artwork. Tremendous detail and design with terrific editing. The faintness of the face with the beautiful blue eyes is tremendous. The textured frost is spot on perfect.
