Is it where Doris lives?
Why Georgia of all places?
Well, the hellish overtone is impressive as the warm blazing colors create this vibrant rendition with a concert theme.
He's an outlandish devil with six pack abs and a one-year horn...
The outrageous flames provide a stark contrast to the black & white wings.
Framing is outstanding.
Presentation of the elements is impressive.
This is one hell of a composition.
Thanks for sharing!

Awesome flames! Love the bright colors. Wild devil with his one long horn. Looks like a music battle going on. Great line work and great detail.

Great concept, so colorful and very well drawn! Great job on the bat wings. I don't recall ever hearing the devil had wings like that but what the heck, they're a very nice touch!

omg I never saw this before
so many songs about Georgia
and yes I thought of "that" song first but if this is about Mr. Webster out smarting the devil as in the short story you really struck a cord with me!!! classic original story to be symbolic of now as far as the art work interpretation impact of color and theme expressive and emotion

Nice impact 5. Great interpretation. Love the bright color 5 creativity 5 technical 5 technique 5 love the bat wings mostly love Charlie. Went to one Friday night show at Ryman in the 16 years I lived here. You pay $26 for the Grand old opry but dont necessarily know who will be there and the surprise guests were Reba, Charlie and Garth...could mot have picked a more perfect day. Charlie sang the unexpected which was "How Great Thou Art" and it was killer. Garth made me cry sang the "Dance" and hubbys favorite Reba dont remember...too busy snifflig.

Very interesting indeed!

I like the reds, yellows and oranges you've used. The details are superb. And the fire in the background really gets your point across, along with nicely written author notes.
Good composition, and story telling.

Thanks for sharing friend :O)

Oh, I'll have this in my head for days now... Nice notes and great flames. I like how the wings separate the composition and end off frame. Creepy demon, as I suppose all demons should be. Great illustrative companion to the song.

Vibrant, exciting, full of story, detailed and I think the devil needs to go on Weight Watchers.

As always, you are masterful when it comes to Sharpie work Mark. I do not have any constructive criticism to give you at all....only full marks, given with a smile!
