thanks so much for your review and comments. Yes, it is from the storm. this wreath is on the entry pillar to our neighborhood. I spotted it when I was out walking and went back for the picture. Glad you liked it.

Bbbbbrrrrr! I'd rather have snow than ice any day. The icicles add such an interesting texture to the wreath and ribbon.
