Nice capture of the moose, excellent focus on the sky, good colours and clarity in the picture. Nice idea for the antlers.

To see a moose on a moose trail...Now thats funny! I don't know if you added him or he was actually in the picure you took, but I like him being there! I think it creates a GREAT storyline too! Love the moose antler totem pole. THe whole scene is wonderful! Sorry I don't have a six!

Good Luck in the Contest!

Superb composition. The moose combined with the antler pole is a great capture combination. Your effects work very well with the shot to give it an enhanced look that over the top. Great job and a grey sky can be great too.

Well I need no name here! I know your humor and any work created by that wickedly clever mind and oh so talented hands. Love the tone mapping and the BLUES! =)
Your humor of maybe the moose was searching for his antlers is too much!
The sign does it say Climb?
Superb story telling abilities, as I already have a few dancing about in my head.
Great Shot and superb edit!
Well done and socks off Dearest! ;)

Very well composed with a lot of stormy sky showing above distant mountains. The post with antlers makes a great accent for the young moose. Creative framing with the fence adding to the impact and story telling of this picture. The colors are excellent and blend together beautifully. The lighting is perfect with even the tree on the hill not too light of dark.

LOVE it! So creative and interesting. It has real depth the way you shot it. Great color and yes, the sullen sky works in this well. Just fabulous.

Interesting piece, I like the effective layering you place on todays post. I like the fact we are looking at the ass of the animal.

Very interesting feel to this maybe the Topaz lens effect? Softens it. Does this really say "PA" Pennsylvania? Looks more like something I would find in Idaho or Alaska. I see mountains. Love that totem like thing with the antlers. Interesting picture. Creative 5 technical 5 like the sharp image and detail in the fend/wood base of totem, rocks trees and Moose fur technique 5 lighting 5 - mice storm clouds

Before I looked at the contest header, I was going to say, this one tells me a story immediately. Not sure of the technical info you give as I am not a photographer, but you have giving the rich feel of an oil painting. The setting is almost surreal. Great eye for the composition of the elements and I am wondering if the sign at the base is something only moose can read! Entertaining and interesting with good technical expertise applied! GREAT contest entry! Jean
