I really like the sky background in this. I am amazed that you got such a big range of values with just white, blue, and maybe a hint of black? You get a definite feel of the horses cantering or galloping in the waves. The title was clever, as I was expecting tiny sea horses before looking at it. Neat concept. Good luck in the contest.

very creative and what you wanted to convey came across perfectly, you can feel the wind as the horses run through the waves. the slight detail is just enough to make this painting one that is a pleasure to view, you can feel the movement and almost hear the wind and the waves as these fine beings galloped along the waters edge.
