WOW! I am awestruck. This is really majestic and breathtaking. Great display of this magnificent motion of water, and how it flows in the foreground, surrounded with lustrous, green foliage. This is so full of life. Everything in the composition is wanted. Excellent, well-saturated but natural color. Lighting and technical expertise, high five. Well captured.

I love long exposure shots where the water takes on a soft and silky texture. You have framed this nicely with the green foliage surrounding it. If you do use editing software, I would take a few minutes to use the dodge tool and darken the greens in the foreground as they are a bit overexposed and have lost some details :) Best of luck in the contest.
