A beautiful image ... beautiful. There were some tough choices to make composing this, and one that might warrant consideration: where the matting overlaps the ear. Her hat on one side of the matt and head on the other disconcerts.

Very interesting composition. Overall impact is 5 and composition is 5. But I just can't decide if I like it or not. I can't put my finger on it, but something is off. For the life of me I don't know why. Just my opinion of course.

Thank you so very much for the lovely review Mollie, and also for the very generous rating. I do however think you have misunderstood the concept. I have not taken the photo of this woman. This is a digital creation, and I have used stock photos to create this. In fact, 5 different photos.

I did not realize it was digitally created, but I would still have give you the six stars as it is just stunning. Colors are beautiful. I do not know how to do this, but
I'm studying, then I think it will be up to a persons own creativity.

I could see from your review that you did not, and I thought it would be only fair to let you know. Even when using stock photos, it is a lot of work to create something like this.

May I ask some of the sites you get your stock photos from as all I have tried just did not have the quality I wanted. If you'd rather not share, I completely understand, although I am not competition. I just wanted to see if I could do work with other photo, but I first have to learn to use layers.

I have used Dreamstime, but sometimes I also just copy and paste from image galleries on Google. I always make sure they are royalty free.
