I have an exact flower taken in hawaii last year in Kauai, HI. These flowers are very lovely.
White and red combination is a very nice combination. Soft focus is just right. Maybe a little bit dark, add more lighting. Still i will give it a five.

Thanks so much, yes lighting was an issue as it was pretty well hidden under a lot of foilage. :) Mary

OMG, what great pistil! Incredible and beautiful flower. Love the color and contrast, nice background, and good frame, like excellent clarity and good DOF. Great details and sharp focus. Good job

Wow, what a long stamen on this pretty white hibiscus. Good frame, focus and exposure to show the very pretty details.

You have captured this lovely hibiscus quite well. Very pretty red stamen which has good detail and dof. Very difficult to photograph.
I still think it could be a bit brighter and I would run a de-noise program on it so you can see the detail better. Maybe very lightly use the burn tool to make the edges more delineated. Paula

Here we go, taking your time with your subject. Good study in art going on here, a nice tight crop lets us see Mother natures nooks and crannies. Love the set up.

Light is a little dim, needs to be brighten some. Good angle and color, but hard to see. Great detail on flower. Thanks for sharing.

This is what we call phototropism, Mary...the natural behavior of plants to seek for available light for photosynthesis.
This could have been more appreciated had the lighting condition been brighter.
The anther, filament & stigma could have been more in focus.
Thanks for sharing...
