This is truly beautiful. Love the background sky and all the coloured lighting from all different angles and the leading lines. Love all the colours reflecting and blending.
I have been having a go at simplified version. I only have bridge camera at moment and cant get this. What would I need to look for as I'm looking at DSLRS and confused.

Great shot! A bit too dark for me, but I can see you took this far away. I think it would be great in an enlargement. Good luck in the contest!

Fantastic night time view of this fabulous city! The sky must never get dark from all these lights. Beautiful red and mauve colors from reflected light in the buildings in the foreground. The street below looks like it is paved in gold.

Fred,
A great picture of the city that NEVER sleeps under a sky that's never dark. 58th Street seeming to go on to infinity! With the tall towers of the skyscrapers on the right breaking up the skyline. Beautiful composition & lighting with superb camera techniques with sharp focus.

Excellent 'twilight' image. The city's lights reflecting off the clouds. The street's Lights looking like a river of light passing through the shot. Very nice contrast and framing.
