Easy to see why this was rated All Time best. That cute little face looking out from the flowers is adorable and perfectly placed in the scene.

tucked away amongst the colorful springtime flowers of purple and yellow.
The details of his facial features are good. Love his floppy ear. He looks as though he is anxiously awaiting the bunny.
The framing around the puppy and the background add to this lovely, happy composition.

I believe the photo may be a bit out of focus and I am sure this is much clearer in person. That happens to me as well
