I like the caption used in this, not sure how it relates to the photo, but then think that would be difficult to purvey,co like the effect in the photo, different again, well taken shot and would have been a good choice for the contest...brian

I like this one even better than the dandelions are flowers. I think the texture of the chipping paint is particularly appropriate for this caption. The perspective is very good and the scene is perfectly reflective of the message of the caption.

Love the caption
Love the composition of this with the dark foreground and your eye moving into the b/g ... as to move forward into the light - into hope no matter what the past has been - all can still move into the future with hope ... your picture makes sense or clarifies the caption or at leasts makes one seen visually what you are trying to say
and like the kool technique used in this to show maybe a bit of tear and wear of life on a person ...
Nice work - you put a lot of thought into it and you have created meaning ...even with out the caption one can see the meaning of this work ... it wouldn't have been as easy for some but all the evidence is there to be discovered

Love the wrinkled, old affect that you gave the over all photo. It works well with the caption. The girl looking out to a fresh, clean tomorrow also works with the caption. Good DOF. Color and contrast good. Framed very well.

That is a fine quote and very powerful as that is exactly what makes most of people sick, not being able to let go, not being able to forgive themselves or others -

Fantastic capture and so accurate in composition as your lady is half in the darkness contemplating about getting back into the light or not , your sight on the ocean and rocks are accurate as ocean water clean the emotions she needs to step in to release and the rocks are a message from nature to stand strong - the singe rock is meant to be for her pillar her thrown her inner strength she just needs to pick up- it is there - the sky is pastel blue = seeking clarity inside - the way you choose the textures to brake the clear view like paper is her own mood -

Your message and image are in perfect harmony to each there, a very deep going message and general for all cultures in this world, great job, thanks for sharing
