thanks for that thought. You've lifted my soul. This entry was DISQUALIFIED, by the Committee, and I disagree, because the scene with the sunrise and sunbeam, surely represents my idea/concept of Morning Has Broken.

This is a really pretty picture of the morning on what looks like a country road! I love the angle you used to capture it! I find the sun rays a little distracting but overall I like the look! thanks for sharing!

thanks for the five. I am pretty sad that this entry was disqualified in Conceptual Photo Contest. I thought it is obvious, sunbeams and sunrise represents morning. Any thoughts?

This is a captivating catch and causes the viewer to inhale the beauty deeply (while humming that tune).
The compositional style is excellent because you have used good solid lead lines (the fence and path) that pull us into the shot and take us on a journey of discovery and mystery for we know naught what is down the path, we just know it is beautiful and worth walking along.
The fine grasses, kissed by the morning sun sparkle at us whilst the darkness in the shadows of the trees further tells the story of morning breaking, a transition from dark to light and hope presents itself to us with the dawn of a new day.
Your colour saturation has been pumped up and gives this image brilliance. It remains realistic and natural to my eyes.
I do have some constructive criticism to offer you. I hope you are working in a software that offers cloning ability for that little red/orange pop of grass right on the margin at the bottom is distracting. This beautiful landscape shot would be so much stronger without it....don't you think so too?
Technical aspects of this photograph are handled adeptly with good focus, nice exposure, well balanced and in general this image is certainly "pretty as a picture".
