I love most of your pictures so much, but I have to be honest, this one isn't doing much for me. It looks too messy. I think it would look better with clear outlines. I'm not actually sure, remember this is coming from someone who can't paint or draw anything!

A very good looking image posted here into the competition! Your fine and traditional composition grants us an enjoyable view of your lovely table arrangements. Those flowers and vase look great! Bet those eats tasted good too!! Well painted and good luck!!

I am enjoying this "soft still life". I believe you have done a wonderful job at your attempt.

I think that you did a good job creating this still life piece of art in the impressionistic style. The composition is laid out well, dividing the canvas into a foreground ,main subject,the vase with flower and then the wall.
The colors are wronging well together to make it visually appealing as well. Nicely done for the most part. I think that the flower towards right needed a little more color, more definition, so that they stand up equally as well to the ones on the left. I am also thinking the vase needs a few definitive lines.
Other then that, for me it is nicely done, but needs those few improvements in order to make it a 5, in my opinion.

Thank you very much for your critical review and your advice. I agree with you. This piece is a revived one. It was created and posted in 2013. I might try to create another expressionist still life with more refined lines and better coloring next year.

an effective painting with use of the different mediums and particularly the palette knife which is very evident in this presentation and one of my favourite tools to work with to achieve the effect you have managed to do so in this piece.The colours are delicious throughout
