I love the sea at night. I love the sea at all times and we have lived on the shore front a few years back. I go to the seaside for holidays and love hearing the waves crash on to the beach at night. So I can relate to your wonderful painting very well. Nicely done and hope the art exhibition goes well. Sandy

Beautiful capture of the emotions reflective of a nigh on the beach. You have captured the energy of the water as it crashes against the rocks. Shows great use of color creating wonderful depth and brilliance of the light reflecting of the moon on the water. Nice job.

A beautiful & atmospheric moon lit picture of the tide coming in to a small rocky bay & the waves breaking over the rocks leaving small pools of water as the wave retreats to rebuild the pool & the sea beyond the breakers both lit by a moon beam. Created with great skill & skilful brushwork artistic choice, blending & application of the paint to create this beautiful work of Art.

A cold silvery moon illuminating the waves...
Some shy clouds want to wrap the moon...
Dainty waves accentuating the clouds...
Rough boulders ready to meet the waves...
Distant cliff diagonally balanced the boulders.
Dimmed cliff anxiously waiting for the moonshine...
What a quite & peaceful night!

This is a lovely atmospheric painting you have created. The moonlight is reflecting off the breaking wave and rocks and I particularly like the brush work used to created the foreground rocks. Well done.

beautiful night seaside drama. Huge wave approaching the coast, over-watched by full moon in the background and the rock preparing to crash it to a stop. All before a curtain of clouds closing down on the scene. The little touch of a green grass only to remind what beautiful things take place on our treasure of a planet.

A wonderful rendering of the sea on a full moon day! I love the variations in the blue colour which make the scene come alive. A fine entry for the contest. Good luck!
