I think this is a lovely photo of this impressive bridge, and I especially like how well you have captured the reflections in the shiny water. The bridge is standing out sharp and well defined against the blue sky, and the exposure is also very good.
Topaz Adjust has worked really well for this photo and the colors are crisp and clear. Your POV was really good, and I especially appreciate how you included the bushes in the foreground. They add both interest and depth to the photo. Well taken shot indeed, and I wish you luck with the contest.

This almost looks like the foot traffic bridge they are building in Portland, OR. When they get it done I will go get a few pics. I love how you angled this across the shot. Beautufl colors. Love the blues in the sky and water. Just enough reflection to cause interest. Nice work my friend and good luck in the contest.
