Excellent initial impact. The story really takes you in. Composition and symmetry is perfect. I think! Lighting and sharpness is good. Fine job.

What a wonderful portrait of this lady for Myanmar. This is such a great slice of life in a little known area of the world.

I would love to see this done in Black and White, I'll bet it would really be stunning. The character ines in her face are so nice and clean even with the smoke blowing back in her face. Perfect bokeh (blur) in your background.

Best of luck in the contest!

This shot is perfect. You can see the lines in this woman's face, and the head gear is fascinating. The whole effect of this picture is realism. I love it.

they have dry issues there too huh. the hand rolled cigar looks like a big fat stogie..well it does. cool capture. the clarity is great. the angle of the shot of the woman smoking the big ole cigar is great. the capture of the light is great. balanced capture that is eye appealing to the viewer. great eye and great job overall.

Great journalism photo. I was
going to ask what the little bowl was and why was it seemingly attached to the cigar. Thank you for explaining.
Consider it a complement that someone is watching your work so closely. When ever I shoot a photo, I always hold in the button to get three variances and to some they would all look alike, but not so.
Thank you for sharing this
great work. I wish I new more about the photos you share, and the people too.
With your talent as a photographer and my talent as a writer, we could make good money LOL
