The atmosphere of this photo is pleasingly cool. The blending is excellent, as are the author's informative notes. Too bad she is not making the tortillas with blue maiz! Nice work.

Thank you. I appreciate your review.
The atmosphere might seem cool, but the temp is about 100F, higher near the fire.

Oh, the omelets I've eaten by first time in the same Mexico. Also the corn with chili. Lol. You did an excellent work here, both photos they were perfectly fused. If you do not say, do not know. Good luck.

Very nice entry for the contest Cleo and a unique approach for it, I hope it is appreciated by the voters, but heaven only knows, lol.

I really loved your notes, unfortunately they won' sow up in the voting booth :( but I appreciate you added them and letting a few of us read them.

Tortillas in Mexico are so good and so different from what we get in the stores and even the restaurants up here aren't they.

Best of luck!!

Thank you for your exquisite review! Oh Tortillas and Tacos in Mexico are a world away from what you get in the stores. They are even different between the states and regions of Mexico. Unfortunately the tourism industry exports food from USA to the Hotels and Restaurants. A shame indeed. Those poor tourists never get the true taste of Mexico!

Yes, I have found that even on the Cruise Ships, they rarely buy anything locally and it is such a shame, especially when you are in the Caribbean with all that great fruit and seafood. I understand, it is because of the difference in the health requirements. We usually wander out an try food at local places. I suppose someday we are going to get sick, but so far, so good :)

HAHA great idea and so cute how this woman is looking at her ball of mass to prepare what you placed behind her - I burned my mouth with a tortilla and looked like a cake the next day - your emerging process is perfect , could be easily one single shot , great focus, fantastic ambiance giving temptation to try - perfect frame , your contrast and lighting are spot on -fantastic contest entry , thanks for sharing
