Wonderful. Since I can't draw a straight line, I can't comment on technique, but this is really good. Love the shadows and light on her, great details, can't believe you actually drew this, very talented indeed.

Linda, as far as I'm concerned you are a top notch artist on this site. To be able to create such detailed and emotionally beautiful work is indeed a precious gift you have, and I believe I've told you this already in previous reviews.
It's always such a pleasure to see your work for I find myself holding my breath when I study your uploads.
This is no exception. I love the "granny's attic" feel to it - nostalgic, another time another place. Your usage of gradient earth tones pushes this over the top.
Shadowing and light source professionally handled. Perspective superb. You have caught emotion brilliantly, this image speaks to me. A saucy lady from the past.
Crop, vignette applied with the heart and soul of a true artist.
This is worth waaaaaaaaay more that 6.
Your talent is enviable.

There is an enormous amount of learning, practice, and talent in the is art piece. Absolutely brilliant use of shadows and highlights to make her come alive on canvas or paper. The detail alone took hours of patients and vision. The more I look the more I am overwhelmed at how amazing and beautiful this portrait is... excellent.
