Fred,
A great stop action picture of the pair of Humpback Wales in action beneath the waves one with it's hump visible the other it's tail fin with water dripping from it, frozen by your fast exposure. Beautiful composition framing & lighting with superb camera techniques with sharp focus.

Another fantastic shot and so close up - they were playing for you creating the perfect ripples in white to adapt to the snow at the land - a wonderful harmonious image, color blend is excellent and genuine - focus and exposure, perfect ,

your picture is well composed , well framed , I love the angel and view point from the ship - a playful wild life picture, thanks for sharing

Love the shot. Nicely presented with a misty kind of overall impression. The tail dripping of water is the center of the photo, no doubt. Thanks for sharing Fred

Very nice shot! the deep aqua color of the water is so pretty, with the white foams bubbling around the whales. Very clear precise details of the waves, whale tail, snowy background. Very nice job!

Great clear capture of the two whales. Nice shot just in the right time to show the tail with the water drops before it disappeared again. I was lucky few years back to come to very close contact with whales in Mexico, Baja P. Something one will never forget.

An interesting view on these two whales with a stop action, focus and frame. A cold look and feel with the water and snow. Job well done.

Yes the water dripping gives it a great sense of motion. I can almost hear the slap on the water. Very nice. Cheers, James.
