Here the lighting on the character would be orange and also on the grass, because of the sky. If he isn't standing right in front of a large white glowing thing. It could look like that here.
Oh its not from one single 3d application, but rather a collage? Then you can add the colour orange in photoshop or GIMP or other image editing software, you can made a layer of orange, and lower the opaque to a more transparent layer, so that you get a more feeling of its on the same place, where the light is even or how to say it, think you understand..
I like the character, sad you had to make him twice, hate it when such happens and you loose files.

I'm not a huge fan of digital art... but I can see that you've manipulated the computer program quite well. I think the piece is a bit closely cropped on the top.

thank you snowblaze for the review. I had him sat back further at first but then you couldn't see the detail in the horses armor so that's why I chose the close up. thank you for your input it means a lot

The only constructive criticism I can offer for improvement is that had you composed it differently, giving more room for the warrior to ride into it would have given the image more KAPOW power and you may want to bring his leg into focus for us as it is blurred.
Morphing from man to animal back to man....now that is an interesting concept.
