I grew artichokes in my garden for a few years and the flowers are fantastic, but once they open like this they are no longer edible. Fabulous colors and fine composition.

In my opinion artiCHOKE is aptly named. This however is beautiful The live center against the dead looking petals makes a unique study. Great job overall. Cheers, James.
