Lovely capture of the rainbow. Excellent visual and initial impact. Great colors and color harmony. Excellent focus with nice details. Excellent lighting and exposure. Good story telling ability and center of interest. I think a crop would do it and it would even improve your composition. Just crop out the bottom so that there is only water. Lovely view and well captured. Nice eye.

What a great capture Fred. Colors are so dynamic and look at that rainbow. You managed to center the boat right under it as well. Just a little bit off the horizontal a bit, but not bad.

Excellent photograph and very nice composition. Let me suggest that if you have Photoshop the fact that the slight rotation of the picture (to get the horizon straight) is not a problem. I come across this many times, here is the fix. Straighten the photo. when a portion of it is not quite in go to the layer where the picture is. Ctrl-click on the thumbnail. This highlight the photo itself. Inverse the selection. Go to selection and expand the selection by one pixel. Go to Edt, fill (make sure that content-aware) is picked. Click OK. The selected area should be filled with the area just below it. This works perfectly for skies. Thanks for sharing Fred.

Now my son didn't get this photo yesterday when their cruise ship was in Barbados. This is beautiful Fred and the sailboat couldn't be in a better location under the rainbow. Gorgeous colors and I don't even notice the slight tilt that is so minor you don't even see it. Its the double rainbow, sailboat, and beautiful water that catches the eye in this photo. Excellent job and talk about being in the right place at the right time! Wow!!

It is a Superb capture Fred!
Fine exposure, focus and colors.
I think you can straighten the horizon without loosing the rainbow arch. I see almost a double rainbow here which is a bonus along with the sailboat.
Nice work..I give the five for the beauty despite the unleveled horizon which is a pet peeve of mine.

What a great picture and opportunity to capture it. The sailboat under the rainbow is priceless. The blues are so bright and beautiful. I like that you left the sand of the beach in the picture which kind of grounds it. Your horizon is straight. I have got caught on that many times. No more, though. Great job.

I just love rainbows and this one or should I say two are very nice. You captured them well. Great framing and colors. I would have snapped this one too if i had been there. The sailboat gives normality in this fantastical photo. Nice job and thanks for sharing.

I do hope you made a wish !! What a wonderfully lucky shot ! Being a photographer, I know the "right place right time"..and you landed it here. The sailboat, the rainbow, the surf, gentle yet bringing up sand and foam, the different colors of green and blue in the water, WOW WOW WOW !! May I say I am jealous, not only for the capture but for the fact that you were on that beach??
