It almost makes you wish for a time machine and go back and visit the 1800's for a little bit. Like the full view on the home, the lady gives perspective, focused and framed with a nice blue sky. Another good one.

I find this to be a very nice composition and it has a very quaint appearance.
However,I did take a bit off of my rating because the shot is not focused well.
The house next door to it has too much light hitting the roof which does not
help your main subject.I believe if you were to crop out as much as possible
of the next door house,it would help a lot.Perhaps you could then try for a
better focus and if not it would still present much better.

Thanks for your review, no excuse for the poorer focus other than trying to get a shot quickly without other tourists to spoil the moment. I did try to crop out the other cottage but the angel made that difficult. I really appreciate your honest feedback. Cheers Mary
