Very good capture of the old and new planes flying alongside, highlighted by the blue sky. Very good entry for the contest.

Lighting and focus very good showing great detail. Very nice composition. Good luck in the contest. Suzanne

Of course this is a perfect entry for this contest, but you have also pictured these two planes really well and with a perfect stop action. Needless to say that the two of them are standing out from the blue sky in the most excellent way.

Your photo is also pin sharp showing clear and well defined details in every part of the planes, and the exposure is just perfect.

I also like very much the contrast between the new and the old, because it is not often we get the opportunity to see them together like this. I know my husband would love this shot.

The cropping is perfect and you have given the planes room to fly into by the placement of them within the frame. Indeed a well taken photo, and I wish you luck with the contest.

Well done! Your focus, framing, and lighting are all fantastic. You did a wonderful job :) I really like how the sky is so clear with no clouds in sight. It makes the plains stand out even more. Thanks for sharing and keep up the great work :)

Agree with your notes and I bet a lot of pilots agree that there has been so many changes and advances in our planes/jets. Like the side by side view, blue sky, focus and frame. I can almost hear them flying by.

yep, these two are a few decades apart alright. From an early jet to a much more modern one of today. A fine photo for this contest and a good comparison of old versus new in the jet age. Nice blue sky background to go with the planes. Good luck and thanks for sharing it.

Wow What a capture. I live near an airport and always try to catch overhead planes, I find it challenging. This is an awesome photo with the two, 1/2 century apart planes, flying almost in unison. You have them in view as they should be, who came first and then 50 years later. WELL DONE

"Off we go into the wild blue yonder...." Lovely shot. Like how the colors compliment each other. Out with the old, in with the new! Composition, framing and DOF are great
