I am very glad you did some research and found out the name of this little beauty, because I would not have known it. For me this is a flower I have never seen before, but I do agree with you. It is indeed pretty. When you think of wild flowers don't stand back in beauty at all from the ones we see in gardens.
This delicate little Lily with the funny name has the most beautiful blue color, and because of the nicely softened background it is standing out sharp and well defined. It is also lovely the way the light is falling on it, and the exposure is just perfect.
The photo is also nicely cropped and the little mouse ear blossom has got a very fine placement off to the right. It is really a good and well balanced composition, and also a well taken photo with an excellent DOF. I have really enjoyed both looking at and reviewing this photo.

Very good depth to field love the composition in this. The background very nicely done. The purple such a pretty color and love the green on the leaves. Thank for sharing..
