yes, really simple, yet a really nice image due to the composition....not too much contrast, but just enough.....the spot of color (the sky) is a nice touch....the thing I might have done differently is to make the wall full frontal (it has a bit of perspective ...good luck :)

I too like your clever POV including a bit of nature.
Fantastic find and eye to see the beauty in this shot.
I love the layered rocks used to form this structure.
The crisp details and sharp focus are superb.
A great capture with fine control on exposure/ white balance.

Although I will confess that I am attracted to images that show us old objects, I still really like this image - a great combination of horizonal, vertical, and diagonal lines. Although, it could be my screen, I would have like to have seen it just a little darker. Thanks for sharing this very interesting image.

A neat old stone wall and window with a bit of view. Does look like very old construction and a good entry for the old contest. Excellent composition and I like the shapes and texture of the stones in the wall and the rotting boards inside. Nicely composed and presented.

I dig this photo. In addition to loving water shots I'd say stone is my second favorite. I love that you caught new life in the background! It's a story in itself; old stone abandoned structure and new green life and flowers in the future. Great POV, Composition. Love it!
