While I have no idea of what 'the difference mode' is ( I've created images -mostly of the 'photo manipulation' variety- that qualify as being 'Digital Art' here at FAR but I know very little about the actual techniques/terminology/practices of the Digital form of artistry) I'm very much enjoying the looks of this colorful and lively looking creation of your's!

Thank you, Sean. When you work in layers, there are about 15 different layer modes you can apply to any one of those layers. They're really fun to play with and it gives a work a whole different look than what you originally started with. If you work in Photoshop, access your layer modes at the top of the layers pallet on the right next to the opacity slider. Try it sometime. :)

Outstanding work! Love all the colors and shapes that you have created. Blue is my favorite color, so I think this is absolutely wonderful. Would hang it on my wall in and instant. Very, very creative, and an energetic and colorful presentation.
