Thank you. Interesting photos aren't always happy ones.

I really like this image MEG, Chaotic, on the other hand riveting...The flood lights and truck lights accent the various areas of the location. The hoses, puddles on the ground reflecting the highlights in the scene. The firemen on the move adding to the interest. Your focus and POV and DOF are all done very well...Thank you for the sub...Steve H.

What a Beautiful house. What a shame, hope everyone was Ok. The shot is very colorful. The focus is nice and clear. It seems strange to me that the fire fighters and police let you take pictures of the scene. I viewed the other photo you have of the fire also. You have an unusual shot, you don't see everyday. Thank goodness.

A hectic scene which you have captured very well. The composition is excellent and the colors are fantastic. I especially like the water on the road and the way it catches the light.

An interesting initial impact. Harmonious colors. Good perspective & long depth of field... Excellent lighting, focusing & framing. Thanks for sharing...

Meg, I think you need to look at contest listings because there are contests up for night photography as well as light photography and this would have been a very strong entry. For FAR site sponsored contests you don't have to pay an entry fee and you can win honest to goodness real money.

This is an excellent photojournalistic shot that you have to be very proud of in colour, action, composition. You have exposed it perfectly with no flare outs, the lines are intoxicating (the red hose and back of truck). The ladder going up to the roof is sharp as a tack and the firemen can be clearly seen.

This photograph shows us your skill not only in the way you handle your camera's buttons and calibrations but also your artistry.

Top notch work, walk tall.
