It is amazing that you can take such horror stories and turn them into art that tells the story in a whole different way, turning the tables to bring some recognition of good left in humans in the wake of evil deeds. Great illustration here, Renate.

Emotionally very alarming story to support a very dramatic and telling image. The pull on the woman's musculature, full of line and strength but also sadness and misery. There is a sense of freedom but also profound grief. This is a stunning story in a most heartbreaking way. Thanks for sharing your grand talent.
