Beautiful. Perfect focus and depth of field. each alcove and arch is having its own space highlighted, seems impossible. The angle, straight on, is such a relief from tries at different angles (such as by myself). Colors are lovely in their soft golds and pale blues, which hold on to their hues all the way to the end. A beautiful building, good use of figure to ground, light back ground dark foreground. keeps the eye moving into the frame as do leading lines. Carol

Very, very cool my friend. I just love the point of view and the fabulous depth of field!!! Interesting X ten!!! Your view finder and you brought perfection to the frame. Great detail and clarity over the frame as well. Fantastic color and light. Great accompanying info, thanks for that. Thanks for sharing.

Fibonacci's Rule is observed here with focal attention clearly leading to the ceiling & the repetitive
Ornate pillars in vanishing viewpoint. A visually soothing diminishing perspective. Harmonious colors. One sided illumination.
Thanks for sharing...

Fred,
A beautiful picture of the Shabestan the Prayer hall used at night & in winter. Its design & construction are very fine & beautiful & give a sense of peace empty as in your picture. Artistic composition framing with soft lighting superb camera techniques with sharp focus to show us the finest detail in the stone work carving & tilling found in this hall.

Very nice informative photograph about the interior architecture of the mosque with its net based on columns and domes. So symmetrical and regular. M.C.Escher (artist admired by mathematicians) was also inspired by Islamic interiors, because of recognized beauty in its symmetry, contrasts of light and shadow... This photograph depicts that impression.

Why is this not in some contest? Great frame with those pillars at the side and what pull on the eye. The colour palette was made to order, blue and yellow....sheesh, you have all the luck.

Very lovely photograph, all the techs are spot on the money.
