It is not important what breed those dogs are. Whatever they are, they are beautiful and surely the are friends how ever different they are. It shows in your photo and therefore I think your photo is a fine entry for the contest. Your comments are an understatement, because in spite of the high fence you did a good job and got a good photo. The replacement of the background is seamless and match light and color well. The colors of the fur of the dogs are contrary which adds interest. The close up allows us to enjoy well captured detail. Best luck for the contest.
