Thank you. Yes, it is a photo that has been enhanced with computer software called filters. You load the photo in to the computer program and you can select different looks for the photo. This is a photo that is considered Mixed Media and there are various levels that you can use .

You can use a computer program called Photo Shop or various other free photo programs on the internet that can get you started. It does take some time and patience to get used to using these but it does take your photos to the next level.

Thank you. The filter I used is a Topaz filter and it does make the photo lean toward the painting side. I have one of these done without a filter and it looks great as well. So I had a difficult time trying to decide which one to post, I had to flip a coin :) Traditional photographers really don't like the Mixed Media versions. They tend to be purists. I like both and dabble with traditional and Mixed media photos.

Well I think it really worked with this one and I'm glad you picked it! I love the photographs that are a bit 'outside the norm' makes things so much more interesting :)
