I really enjoy your painting composition! With your digital pallet you created a atmospheric, impressionistic quality in feeling as much as the visual. Painting has fantastic depth and wonderful use of color management. Sky draws the observer into your painting like no other and leaves one standing feeling the air of soil and mist in planted fields. A beautiful simple and impressive design, your color choice is very harmonious - the use of space creates the perfect DOF to imagine to walk on this sand way - I love the pastel coloring with a nice color flow- beautiful details work in its own style - beautiful initial impression, thanks for sharing

Thank you much for your honest review and your input. Do you refer to leak of detail when you call the painting unfinished? I have to admit that this is intentional. The piece is finished. I was not working toward photo-realism. I am experimenting with the French impressionist and expressionist styles. I was trying to capture light and motion in order to give the piece an contemporary but not abstract look.

Beautiful abstract and use of blending colors together with nice soft technique. Clouds are done so nicely with the different depths of colors. Sky is so pretty with yellow hews. Fields are flowing into the distance and makes you want to go to it. Excellent job and good luck in the contest!
