I like that you have chosen black and white to show this one. It really comes across as sharp and clear with bright colors.

The expression with one eye open and one eye shut is fun. It looks like you have just awakened him and he is talking to you -- What the heck do you want???

A great picture of the Snowy Owl winking at you one eye closed & the outer staring you out. Ready to fly off should you come any closer. Artistic composition, framing & lighting with superb camera techniques with razor sharp focus.

She/he is winking at you! I love this and the black and white rendering is just great and suits the picture wonderfully. Her feathers are beautiful, with great focus and clarity. I think the way you have slightly blurred the background sets the whole scene and it's truly one great piece of work, which I would have given you six for had I one to give you.
