You have taken a toy and made it a very nice photo. The focus is clear and crisp. I like the background color. It oddly enhances the color of the red and does some strange things to the tires. All technical aspects of the photo are excellent. Good luck in the contest.

I know your nephew Noah will love this gift. I know my grandson would have when he was younger, because I think red must the kid's favorite color. You have pictured it well, but I think it is a pity that the front wheel is disappearing into the red gradient at the bottom.
I also think your photo could have been all over sharper. Especially the crane is very blurred, but I also think this has to do with a slight over exposure of it.
The photo is however well cropped and the car has got a fine placement within the frame. A good idea and an all together well taken photo, but in need of some corrections. Still I wish you luck with the contest.
