Dark Wine Red Viola in Colour Key

The egg framing has more charm and drama than the perfect globe..Just like a vertical rectangular frame compared to a perfect square...
With this you can adjust your subject aesthetically.
Excellent selective color key rendition...
Congratulations.
A flawless post and this deserves a 5 star rating!
thanks!

    Lise,
Thanks a million for your complementary review. It was first given the Globe treatement using Corel Geometric Effects the Circle. I then used Microsoft Digital Image to elongate the globe to undo the flowers disortion. I layer the picture onto a blanck sheet so I could then play around with it to get the exact effect I wanted & framed it using an ) in the Shapes selection colouring it with a shade from the picture & then cropped it to size. Sounds very complecated but it's not once youve done it once or twice.
    Good luck.

Hi Susan - I like the variation of the globe into the egg shape - I had not thought of that! The flower image is sharp and the red wine colour is very pleasing.
I think you could make a living converting these images into paperweights! Many thanks

    Mike,
Thanks a million for your great review.. Globe to egg was easy I just layered it onto a plain back sheet then I could pull it lenght wise top to bottom or squash it side to side but that was more difficult to get it even.

Merci beaucoup mille fois for your great review.
More stretching the Globe than crushing it.
