Another London photograph from you this time focusing on symmetrical opulence. I've never been in the Ritz and I'm not sure I'd want to being a staunch socialist but this is a nice photograph all the same. Thanks for sharing this. R

This is a very balanced photo. The colors are rich looking but subtle. Depth is very impressive and very focused. Reminds me of corridors that I have walked down but not as impressive as this one.

i would be scared to death up bumping into anything..couldnt afford it..wink. the clarity is great. the angle of the shot of the awesome hallway is excellent. the capture of the light is perfect. the image is balanced and eye appealing to the viewer. good eye and great job overall.

Wow! This place definitely has taste. Too bad that doesn't have anything to do with courtesy. What's wrong with bermudas and long hair? The lighting effects are wonderful; calm, peaceful mood. Everything matches that muted color scheme and ornate patterns, even the skylight has a pattern on it. Not sure about that bright red carpet or the absurdly long chandelier... otherwise this is real eye candy.

I bet the Rolling Stones in their prime would be allowed in even they were wearing jeans and T-shirts. LOL I can of course see that this is a really classy place, and the interior is truly beautiful.
I especially like the leading lines bringing the viewer right into the composition, and this is also a nice and sharp shot. It is such clear and well defined details to be seen all over. I also think the exposure is perfect.
The photo is also nicely framed and it is a good balance in the composition. Indeed a beautiful and well taken photo, and with an excellent DOF.
