Fred,
You forgot to mention Gentlemen must wear a Shirt & Tie & not an open neck shirt (My nephew was turned away because he had no tie) Beautiful picture of the long corridor with that long strip of patterned carpet (Memories of similar carpets come flooding back) Artistic composition, framing & soft gentle lighting, taken with superb camera techniques with sharp focus.

A very competent interior shot, taken under difficult light conditions.
The composition is good, with the carpet leading the eye right through, to the window at the far end.
The very bright lights, which are unavoidable, tend to draw the eye a little, so it might be worthwhile trying to "Reduce the Highlights" to make them less harsh
I would also very slightly brighten the red in the carpet to make it a bit more dominant, running through the image
