What a wonderful first impression, Like the details and textures and the good story telling that has been captured here. You captured the light coming in perfectly. Thank you for sharing. dale

I do agree, the lighting is fabulous. Your choice to convert to black and white gives the image immediate drama... A "Brother's Grimm" flavor, yet not. The wonderful light robs that flavor and presents the viewer instead with playfulness and hope. Great camera techs, love the depth of field and the point of view. Grand story. Thanks for sharing.

Hi Mary!
I think the scene would look even better without those kids in the middle of it,my friend! : D
But it still emanates a fine Mysterious tone that I really like!

Nice cliche image.
Well seen and shot but cliche. I like that the 4 boys are every which way as if we can feel their excitement.
Spooky too....glad you changed it to monochrome.

A fantastic shot that is reminiscent of the classic Eugene Smith "Walk to Paradise Garden". The composition is excellent and the lighting is great.

Cool photo. The boys look so far away, and the light is great on them. Our eyes are right on them because of the light. Love the road leading us to them. The opening that yes there is a way through this long path. Almost like the road to Oz
