These bushy tailed animals must be very amusing to watch and you have captured this one quite well. Focus is a tad soft (possibly upload) composition and color are good. :) Mary

Love the face and eyes of this one. It is almost like he is stopped in his tracks. Great summer shot. Good green grass background. He is facing you, which is good. Nice example of a red squirrel.

He is such a cutie. I like that you used the entire frame to get the photo of the squirrel. I have a bit of a problem with the lighting. I think maybe a tweak on the contrast or saturation might have helped. It just all seems too bright.

Finding the right angle can really change the perspective of a photograph. While the angle of this image is adequate, I think a lower angle would make this a stronger shot since you would be on the same level as the animal although I understand when you start moving around, the chances are the animal will run away. The exposure is really good as well as the clarity and focus. Thanks for submitting.

A pretty nice effort posted here! Your central composition works well and the colours are natural. I just feel though that the face lacks a little sharpness. Otherwise, well done!

Very impressive capture of an animal that holds still for no one. I like the detail that you can see in his tail. The color of his body gets a little washed out because the grass is so bright. I see that it has "some" mixed media and wonder if you could have done more to make the color of his fur pop against the color of the grass. One thing that I really do enjoy about the photo is the blades of grass that are in front of the animal.
