Love this drawing. Made me tear up thinking of my father during WWII. The cross reminded me of the bible that he carried and all the emotions he had as a paratrooper during that time. Great work! And good luck in the contest.

Love this drawing , but it doesn't show a any sign of the military . No stars and bars , medals , uniforms , just 2 guys that remind me of a boxing match not war , or resolve .
Really awesome drawing though keep it up.

You did catch the emotion and frailty of our soldiers. Excellent detail shown and the contrast between the pensive face to the noise of the background soldier infuses us with emotion as well. The contrast is well depicted by your art.
