This is what I call a cute image, and mostly because I think the forget me not flowers are. The are of course beautiful as well, and I especially like that you picked a blue background to emphasize the blues in the flowers. I like the creative way of presenting these flowers as well.
It is easy to see that the original photo must have been sharp, because it is fine details to be seen in the small blooms, and also the exposure looks spot on.
The diamond effect has worked really well, and all the shapes ate well placed on the background in a symmetrical way. Indeed a lovely and original image, and so well done.
