nice eye. the angle of the shot of the guys on the locomotive is great the capture of the light is great.the clarity is great. the image is balanced and eye appealing to the viewer. good eye and great job overall.

Great scene Mary Eileen. The poses of the men show that they are just about to move into action. The colors are nicely balanced and your after photo work is simply great. Win lose or draw, this a great scene. Well done ~ Steve

Lovely shot with the locomotive and the "flag men"! I like how the humans in the picture bring in color into an otherwise earthy toned image. It appears as if the man below the headlights is slightly out of focus. I would have liked to see a part of the track in front of the locomotive as it is approaching.

Great train shot. I would love to have train activity in our area. The scene is well shot and focus is sharp. The red flags draw our eye into the shot and action. The story line fills in the blanks. We traveled through upstate New York
last fall and I got a shot of 100 plus car train at the base of steep cliff on the shore of Lake Champlain. Great catch

Story informative ( but these days its a wonder OH&S has not put a stop to these men doing their job that way ..

While I think I'd prefer seeing this old Diesel Engine ( which looks like a vintage piece manufactured by Electro Motive several decades ago ) without the flagmen on board it's still a very interesting and enjoyable picture!
